We drive by this restaurant quite often because it is visible from route 146 but to get to the restaurant you have to take the road near the USA gas station. We have never been here as a family because Mommy didn't know what they had and Daddy thought Mommy didn't like Chili's.

We arrive at 5pm and were seated immediately. More people arrived later. Since this location is out of the way there might not be as long of a wait as other locations but it seems that the hotel next door provides a steady customer base.
The waitress was very friendly but very busy. She was kind enough to let our daughter order by herself without being impatient (she is 2.5 yrs so it takes her a while), and kind enough to get her meal out first so it could cool down. Later on when Mommy was nursing our son she didn't mind at all and was very courteous.
When we go out to eat we try to get a variety and eat foods which aren't easy to make at home or require lots of prep. If they have a sampler as an appetizer we usually get it. We ordered the triple sample with honey chipotle wings, spinach artichoke dip, and the southwest egg rolls. All were delicious so much so it got us looking for the recipes that we can make them at home.
The children's menu has a good variety of the standard kids fare. One interesting menu item is a pair of barbeque ribs for kids, for a small premium. Our daughter ordered the grilled cheese.
The regular menu has a good selection of southwestern inspired food. There are Americanized tacos, fajitas and drinks. The ribs and barbequed food specializes this restaurant as well as their gourmet burgers. There is also a healthy right-sized portions section of the menu. Mommy ordered the shrimp tacos which she shared with our daughter and Daddy ordered the southwest burger. The burger was missing both its BBQ sauce and crispy onion straws but the waitress quickly brought a side of both. All meals had enough left covers for another meal.
The food here is delicious and at good prices. We don't know why we didn't come here sooner but we will be going back.
